Since 1993 RLP-Yarmarka, LLC has been successfully holding Federal Trade Fair for Apparel & Textile "Textillegprom" and International Fair "Leather - Footwear - Fur - Technology" in the pavilions of All-Russian Exhibition Centre. The Fairs take place twice a year - in February and September. They have become a means of attracting new partners - both customers and suppliers - and they serve as the basis of domestic market of the consumer goods industry. More than fifty thousand visitors attend the fair each time it is held.

How can I become a participant of the Federal Fairs?

If you would like to become a participant of the Fair you must:

• download the Application-form directly from our website
• complete and send via mail or by fax to RLP-Yarmarka, LLC. Our mailing address and telephone numbers can be found in the sections Contacts and Employees of our website or in the Application-form
• after the Contract-request form is received, the invoice will be issued. You have to pay 50% of the total sum of the invoice within 5 days after the billing date, and the rest of the sum no later than 45 days before the fair starts. In case we receive your Contract-request form later than the above mentioned period of time, you will have to pay the total sum of the invoice immediately upon issuance of the invoice. You can negotiate the position of your booth in the pavilion with one of our managers when sending the Contract-request form. How much does it cost to setup an exhibition in the Federal Fair?

One square meter of exhibition floor space costs 330 Euro. There are several types of standard booths (more information about standard organization can be found in the Application-form). If you decide to go with one of the standard options, then in addition to the cost of the floor space (330 Euro per sq.m.), you will have to pay a registration fee, which is 200 Euro, and the cost of carpeting, that is 5 Euro per sq.m. Thus, if you go with the booth of 6 sq.m. in a row, the price of it will be as follows: 330*6 (floor space) + 200 (registration fee) + 5*6 (carpeting) = 2380 Euro. If, besides the standard equipment, you need some extra materials, then the sum of the invoice can vary (prices for additional equipment can be found in the Application-form, types of booth equipment can be found HERE). Prices for positioning in the central booths as well as non-standard organization of your booth (including corner and head positioning of the booth) should be negotiated with our managers in charge of your desired position.

What time is the fair open to the public?

For visitors: All days, besides the last one, the pavilions are open from 10 AM till 6 PM. On the last day, the pavilions close at 4 PM. Exhibitors may enter the pavilions and prepare their booths at 9 AM.

How can I make a hotel reservation?

The organizers of the Fair provide hotel reservations upon request. In order to request a reservation, you need to fill in a special Hotel reservation form and send it to the sponsors. More information can be found HERE or by telephone: +7 (499) 255-75-75, 245-14-20 (Tatyana Popova).

How can I be provided such services as customs clearance and cargo delivery?

How can I invite representatives of wholesale companies I already work with to my booth during the Fair?

You have two options when inviting visitors to your booth:

• Obtain the required number of invitations from the manager in charge of your exposition and distribute them to the specialists you would like to invite.
• Advise guests to fill in the special form directly from our website (or get their personal details and fill it in yourself). After that, your guests can obtain their passes at the registration tables and enter the pavilions.

Where can I see a list of companies with an exhibition at the fair?

To see a complete list of companies participating in the fair, refer to the section Exhibitors of Federal Fair (only in russian version). It is a database of companies that have participated in previous fairs and will participate in upcoming fairs. It is updated twice a year, two weeks before the next scheduled fair starts. In this section, you can not only see the list of all participants, but also use a search option based on several criteria, including activity category, country, city and name.

What additional services are provided?

We also offer your company the opportunity to be registered as a participant of Federal Internet-Fair of products of consumer industry at www.legprommarket.ru. This project allows for the listing of your company's profile as well as information about each product and service offered.
